I don't believe there is any way of checking what the baby's skin colour is before birth, at least not yet. It might be worth talking to your Doctor about this because there are options of paternity tests before birth. The two prenatal DNA tests I've come across are amniocentesis and CVS (Chorionic Villus Sampling). Amniocentesis is a procedure that uses a thin needle to draw out amniotic fluid which is then tested. It can be performed between the 14th and 20th week of pregnancy.
CVS is sampling of the little finger like protrusions that are in the uterus called villi. The chorionic villi have the same genetic makeup as the fetus so it allows for DNA testing. This test can be done earlier on than amniocentesis, from the 10th to 13th week of pregnancy.
